This notice explains how personal information is handled when you use timhutch.uk or join Tim Hutch's mailing list.
Information we collect
If you join the community, we collect the name and email address you submit. We use this information to send the resources, updates, coaching news and other emails described on the sign-up form.
Mailing list
Mailing-list subscriptions are managed using MailerLite. Your submitted details are sent to MailerLite so the mailing list can be administered and emails can be delivered. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email.
Third-party media and links
The website may include embedded or linked content from services such as YouTube, Spotify and WhatsApp. If you choose to play embedded media or follow an external link, that provider may process information under its own privacy terms. The site also uses web fonts supplied by Google Fonts, which may require your browser to contact Google when pages are displayed.
Contact and retention
Your mailing-list information is kept for as long as you remain subscribed or as otherwise required to administer the service and meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time. You may also ask to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, subject to applicable data-protection law.
